After lots of rumors and a few false starts, You Tube star (and subject of HBO Documentary “Me At The Zoo”) Chris Crocker will be finally having his long-awaited gay porn debut this Thursday. Despite a July, 2011 report that his first scene was going to be for Chi Chi LaRue’s Chanel 1 Releasing, Chris ended up filming his first scene for Boston-based MaverickMen.com, shooting scenes with both his real-life boyfriend Justin and the Maverick Men themselves over a long “weekend of fun” outside Boston recently.
The fact that the most famous gay dude on YouTube would go to the most famous couple on XTube to do his first movie speaks volumes about the direction adult (and non-adult) media are continuing to be headed in. In a trailer released to promote the upcoming scene, Chris Crocker explained why he decided to go with the amateur site for his porn debut, and also hinted at a possible new business venture for him and his handsome boyfriend:
My favorite porn site — the only site I jerk off to regularly, consistently is Maverick Men because it’s real sex and not paid porn sex (porn stars having sex for money).
And that’s where the new porn direction is going. And that’s why we’re making our own site, it’s because people like to watch real sex, and that’s why we watch you guys.
Whether Chris and his 6’4″ boyfriend Justin will actually launch their own porn site seems unlikely, however: Chris released a video last week announcing that he and Justin have since broken up.
